The toroidal cores manufactured by Torivac are made of magnetic iron-silicon alloys, grain oriented, with very low losses and high saturation induction which, when heat-treated, improve their magnetic permeability by approximately 40%. The plate qualities used are type M4 or M5, depending on the different applications.
All cores are welded at the beginning and end of the winding, to avoid possible vibrations, and are post-isolated by means of polyamide-6 capsules with 30% glass fiber, ideal to withstand temperatures close to 155 degrees Celsius.
