Our high power model power resistors are manufactured with high quality resistive alloy wire. The ohmic value varies little with the temperature rise of the element.
These are wound resistors composed of a resistive element wound on a ceramic tubular core used as a support, to ensure high dissipation capacity and excellent resistance to thermal shock and overload. It is an open element with low inductance.
Its construction allows high power dissipation in a reduced space. This set, with lateral supports and galvanized steel case perforated to ensure proper ventilation, complies with the IP20 or IP23 protection requirement (depending on the resistor model). They can be supplied with thermal protector and with the ohmic value required by the customer.

The power resistors, being passive elements, are not affected by specific EMC standards.
They do not produce interfering radiation and are not affected by it.
